Do I need to book in?

 

No, you can just turn up! What happens when I arrive? We’ll ask the adult who has brought you to fill out a form so we have information in case of an emergency. (You’ll only need to do this once) Then we’ll get started on our fun Kids’ church session.

What do kids wear?

 

Whatever you’re comfortable in!

What will we be doing?

 

We’ll play games, sing songs, dance a bit, do some arty stuff - and learn more about God from the bible, and how knowing God and learning from Jesus can help us in our every day lives. We’ll split into age related groups for a bit too.

 

Do I need to bring anything?

 

Just a smile!

 

You could bring a named water bottle if you’d like.

 

Do parents stay?

 

Parents can either drop you off, (once we have a registration form) and collect you at the end OR they are welcome to sit at the back of the room and observe. (They’ll need to be quiet though! - unless they want to sing and dance too!)

 

Does it cost anything?

 

No, nothing at all.

 

Who’s in charge?

 

The sessions are organised and led by Jo Carter from Jam Theatre, alongside Christ Church URC Marlow. All staff and helpers love kids and have enhanced DBS certification.

 

Do I have to come to every session?

 

No, you can come and go as you please, but we hope you enjoy it and want to do more!
